One Month Detox & Restore

Service Description

This is for clients who have already done the Initial Detox Consult, within the last 2 months. Periods of excess, bloating, weight gain, skin issues a tired body or disease call for a detox. This is a very in depth Nutritional Detox program. In this program you will be using nutrition to detox, not supplements. Our bodies were made to detox using foods to do the job, not pills. We will identify the best detox diet for you based on health screening questionnaires and detox goals. You will learn how the body detoxes. Recognise how different toxin types affect your body, from your DNA, to your fat cells, to your brain. This program requires a commitment on your part and mine. We will set up a time to meet each week for 4 weeks to make sure you are progressing and addressing any issues. During your Detox Consult, you filled out several screening questionnaires to identify the best detox plan for you. Now we can start with your plan when you are ready. We evaluated your symptoms of toxin exposure and will now build you a personalised detox plan. You will go through a Pre-Tox, Detox and Post-Tox in the 4 week program. In this program you will have many tools. Here are a few: Toxicity symptom evaluations for (already completed during consult): heavy metal, chemical, mycological, gastrointestinal and liver toxicity. Detoxification capacity assessment with scores and recommendations. Now you will get many forms and trackers to help you shop and keep on track: Kitchen inventory and detox goals workbooks, Detox journals, plan trackers and reintroduction logs. Shopping lists, recipe ideas and cooking tips Detox-supporting nutrient guides. You will get a detox shopping list, journals, food planners, cooking tips and detoxing green smoothie recipes and more. To cancel you must contact us 48 hours prior to your appointment. $75 fee for less than 48 hours notice. No refund with 24 hours or less notice.
