5 Healthy Additions to Your Morning Yogurt

One of my favorite breakfast's is fresh fruit with plain yogurt, good granola and honey. Add to that a slice of Ezekial bread, toasted, with good old butter, yum! Now to make it even more nutritious, add some of the following: cranberries, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, nuts or just about anything that sounds good with this combination. No, that doesn't mean sugar or a snicker bar!
